  >1810年,贝尔法斯特女王大学源于当时创立的贝尔法斯特学会(Belfast Academical Institution),也是联合王国最古老的10所大学之一。

  >1845年,女王大学的前身,即贝尔法斯特女王学院作为爱尔兰女王大学(Queen's University, Ireland)的一部分获得皇家特许状。

  Greg Templeton

  Greg is a highly experienced programme developer, business and sales strategy consultant and leadership performance coach. A former equity partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Greg established and ran their Centre of Excellence in Executive Development, working across EMEA helping to deliver transformational change in the private and public sectors. He was a member of the national leadership team for people consulting in the UK. Prior to joining PwC, Greg was Commercial Director for a food packing and branding company and VP/General Manager of as US based distributor of medical devices. Greg is a specialist in organisational and functional strategy, senior executive and top team performance.

  Louise O’Meara

  Our Emerging Leaders Programme is delivered by our experienced programme director Dr.Louise O’Meara.   Dr Ulf Bosch, Professor of Practice

  The Strategic Change Leadership Programme is delivered by Dr. Ulf Bosch. Ulf is a highly experienced strategist and leadership expert, business consultant, author and keynote speaker and is Professor of Practice at Queen’s Management School. He holds a PhD in Strategy from King’s College London and a MBA from the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. Ulf has more than 20 years of international experience serving as Head of Organisational Change and Talent Management with top-management consultancies. He has personally lead multiple large-scale transformation and leadership programmes for some of the world’s best-known organisations across various industries. Apart from his professional pursuits, Ulf is an award winning distance runner for his native Düsseldorf and motivates participants with his engaging real-world approach.

  Dr. Chris Dalton

  Chris is Associate Professor of Management Learning at Henley Business School and teaches on the Queen’s University MBA. Chris leads the ‘Emotional Resilience – Balancing Well-being and Leadership’ module on this programme. A dynamic and creative tutor, author, systemic constellations facilitator and coach Chris has over 25 years of international experience in management education and training. He runs corporate workshops and seminars related to management development and coaching in many parts of the world. Chris is an accomplished author of two business books, with a third planned for late 2021.

  Peter Ivanov

  International accomplished team coach, author and keynote speaker Peter Ivanov joins us for the Developing Your Team module on Day 6. Peter has 20 years experience as a senior manager, motivating and leading award winning virtual teams. Peter has managed large projects and departments transforming the organization and IT landscapes in various diverse management roles. Peter enjoys a global leadership following and his book ‘Virtual Power Teams’ has gained international acclaim and best seller status. Returning to sport late in life Peter is an award winning athlete and a champion javelin and discus thrower for his native Bulgaria.   Enda Young

  Our Aspiring Leaders Programme is delivered by our accomplished programme director Enda Young. Enda is a highly experienced trainer and experiential learning facilitator, delivering programmes internationally for the Leadership Institute. Enda helps companies to build and optimise their leadership capabilities, driving organisational performance through their people. Enda is a negotiation and conflict resolution specialist and is particularly interested in improving resilience and communication skills to empower leaders through challenging times. Enda is a qualified executive coach and energises participants with his high energy, motivational, real world approach.

  Dr. Laura Steele

  Queen’s Management School lecturer and specialist in ethics Dr. Laura Steele joins us for the Ethical Leadership Module on Day 2. Laura lectures in Business and Society at Queen's Management School and contributes on many of our custom programmes and events at the Leadership Institute. Laura has a particular interest in business ethics, governance, social responsibility, and public sector management. In addition, Laura serves as the champion for Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability within the School. Laura galvanises academic research, best practice and a forward thinking approach to the topic of ethical leadership.

  Professor Tazeeb Rajwani

  Professor of International Business and Strategy

  International Strategy expert, author and keynote speaker Professor Tazeeb Rajwani joins us to lead on the Strategy for Digital Disruption module. Highly accomplished in the field of international business Tazeeb is the Chair and Head of International Business and Strategy at the University of Surrey. Tazeeb has held a number of prestigious roles spanning industry and was recently appointed as a senior advisor to the UK Government’s Accelerator “Sirius’’ Programme for leading start-ups. He is an Associate at Servator International, a leading security management firm and Oscail Strategy Group, an international strategy consulting firm.
